My sister and I are crystal collectors, and we were tired of putting up with the low-quality product offered in so many other online crystal stores. After trying several different sites, we stumbled upon 3D Crystal. The customer service is excellent, and the prices are really good. I've been a loyal customer for over a year now, and would recommend it to anyone who spends their time searching for crystals without having to fall into the trap of paying.

Just wanted to take a moment and send a heartfelt thank you to the customer service team at 3D Crystal.
I ordered two items around Thanksgiving and they were both delivered, beautifully packed, the following Thursday. Both were exceptionally well detailed, but due to a poor image I used, the background wasnt properly cropped out and ended up causing an imperfection.
3D Crystal s customer service took care of me and offered to recut a new item and expedite the shipping for the holidays.
I was floored. This was so far above and beyond what I expected and is a sign of a well-run business. In full candor, I shouldve known the photo may have been low-res, but they took care of me. I will recommend to all my friends and family and will be purchasing a few things for myself.
Thank you for the quality product and outstanding customer service- A+

The 3d crystal diamond crystal is the perfect gift. I bought it as a gift for my mom and she loves it. After over a month, my mom still has the textured glass in her collection. It's beautiful enough to be used as decoration or on its own when light shines through it!
