I've been using 3D Crystal for almost two years now. Although the itlication is not as powerful as it might seem, the quality of work and customer service are still topnotch. I'm a big believer in having an open source platform so that the community inputs can be used to improve and make the it better yet, to put new features into the itlication that no one has thought of yet. I have used 3D Crystal in the past and returned to them after my experience with others. They have become my favorite online crystal store. The customer service is wonderful, they are always willing to help when you need it. Also, the variety of crystals available is great! Even though the website looks a little outdated and has some issues, I still enjoy being able to browse through their site and see what other places I should be checking out

I have worked with 3D Crystal for about 2 years on price point. I love her service and I have found that she has always been there when you need her. She is very knowledgeable, always wants to make sure your needs are met from a business perspective, and just overall has a great attitude and positive vibe in the office. She is very good at keeping things low key, but informative at the same time. If you need what

I ordered a rectangular crystal from 3dcrystal.com as a gift for my brother's graduation. The engraving of his photo was so beautiful and emotional. It was a gift that made him tear up and it reminded him of the hard work and dedication he put into achieving his degree.

I ordered the notched crystal as a tribute to my late grandfather and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The 3D engraving of his photo is so lifelike and detailed, it's like he's still here with me. The crystal itself is of amazing quality and it's a beautiful way to remember him.
