The 3D crystal is undeniably a good product however, the customer service was disappointing. They lacked promptness and failed to provide satisfactory assistance.

I have been ordering crystals for my family and friends for years, and I am always surprised with the quality and quickness of delivery. Plus you can order something personalized as well. So even though I may be a loyal customer of your product, I wanted to give a recommendation to other customers who may be going through this same process :)

I bought this as a present for my daughter's birthday . I was so impressed with the quality of the product and the craftsmanship that I ordered 4 more sets for myself. This is a quality product that should be expensive because of the great craftsmanship. Thank you 3DCrystal

I am so impressed with the quality of this gift. It's a 3D photo in crystal and I love it. I was worried that it would take too long to get here, but just one day after ordering, I had my very own piece of artwork! The gift is perfect for anyone & everyone

I have been using products from 3D Crystal for about 2-3 years now and I must say it is a great product. The 4.5" high quality metal cutting laser allows me to create the crystal, cut it out and then set it on a metal frame so that 3D Crystal can etch in the crystal by pressing the metal frame of the laser together with the back side of my prints which gives me some nice vibrant s

I have never had such a perfect crystal before. These are one of the best gifts to give someone because they can't help but be in awe when they see the quality of the crystal and how amazing it looks. The design detail is unbelievable, I want to just keep staring at them all day and night!

3DCrystal is a bunch of 2d images that have been made into 3d crystals. I ordered from them and received my product in 2 days! I am a science major so this product is what I need for tests and competitions. This was my first time using 3D Crystal products, but 3DCrystal has a large variety of material types so it was easy to find.
