Awesome customer service, variety of crystals to select from, amazing website, attention to detail. The only thing they need to do is create a cheaper option since they offer quality at a fair price.

I was planning to buy this for my girlfriend as a present. However, she commented that it felt too much like a toy. So I told her: "You're not going to need this. Just give it to me". She liked it so much, she already had a few engraved on her cell phone and now she wants me to get some more!

I love it, it's great for people who like 3D art and want their own pictures laser etched into a beautiful crystal. I can't imagine my life any other way as I'm sure there are many people out there who feel the same way.

I am looking forward to using my 3D Crystal for my father's birthday in a couple of months, but I think it will be much better if he can see it in person. Now that he has seen the quality and the workmanship, he feels very good about the purchase. I just wish I could show him the final product.

This was the worst experience with 3D Crystal I have ever had. It took 8 days to get my order, and when it arrived, the pieces were not even correct, they were warped and broken in many places. They refused to refund me or send me a new order - I would not recommend this people at all.

I was a little apprehensive purchasing 3DCrystal, but I must say that it was the best purchase ever. It is so quick to respond with customer service and they will even make you a digital preview before they send it out.
