I've been a customer for 3 years and I have had a lot of good things to say about their service, but honestly I have had some issues with their products. You can find better quality crystals (and many more) online, they just don't offer the same level of service or attention to detail that 3D Crystal has. The only reason why I keep coming back is because they offer such an amazing product with excellent customer service.

3D Crystal is a wonderful company with great customer service. They always answer every email in a prompt manner and they were very accommodating to my custom orders. The variety of crystal choices are amazing and there are so many different options that you can pick from, the options are just incredible. I have gotten so many compliments on my rings from friends and family, like the fact that it's not just the typical cute bright.

I ordered a custom piece for my fiance for our anniversary. He loves it and we couldn't be happy with the final product. The process was very simple and the crystal turned out beautifully. I didn't really have much to do during the whole process except just send in my photo, wafor it to be engraved, and print out the finished product, which was done within

The 3D crystal I received was a bit cloudy, which affected the clarity of the engraved image. However, the customer service was excellent, and they promptly replaced it with a new one that was perfect.

awesome product. They have got the best service and prices in town. The only thing that would make it even better would be if they offered digital images with the products as well, but that is a minor complaint!
