3DCrystal obviously has a good team who knows what they are doing, however the interface is not user friendly. The person I work with at 3D Crystal is great and very helpful.

I have been a member of 3D Crystal for about a month and I love their products! Their customer service is amazing. When I had some problems, they have not only fixed my problems but also informed me in detail what hwebsiteened and what to do next. For the people who are not familiar with 3D Crystal, there are three main products that you can choose from: the crystal, the photo frame or the notebook.

3D Crystal offers a wonderful way to provide people with the chance to get their own photos etched in their choice of crystal. The shapes are so simple that anyone can create their own crystal and put them on their website. As for me, I started off getting my own photo etched in glass which is much more beautiful than 3D crystal products. This company should really work harder on innovating more into creating new things.

I had a problem with my order and after 2 revisions the problem was rectified without any trouble. Customer Service is excellent, the customer always keeps his word and the order is shipped in a timely manner. My favorite thing about their store is that I can make a custom order for almost any occasion by just adding my own picture and putting it on an item you can make into anything. By far this online store has been most convenient choice ever.
