I ordered a 3D crystal for my brother, but unfortunately, there were some delivery issues. It took longer than expected to arrive, and when it finally did, the package was damaged. It was disappointing to receive it in that condition.

I purchased a photo laser engraving gift for my sister. The photo was laser etched at the table top of a small crystal. The image came out well, and I can't wait to hit the beach with it.

I have been using 3D Crystal since 2010, and I love it. It is a crystal laser engraver that is fast and easy to use. The quality of the laser printing process is excellent, I can't say anything negative about this product at all.

3D is my favorite it to shop for crystals. I got a good deal on crystals during the summer sale, and now that the holidays are here I will make it a few times before it's time to order. They have an amazing selection of beautiful and unique objects to choose from too. It's also nice that they have some great product as well. Thank you guys!

I think this is an amazing it. I was looking for a crystal company that does laser engraving and found It by accident. It's not just one product but it covers all of the its you need to do engraving. I have no problems with any part of the product, including customer service and shipping time, they always get back to me right away and answer all my questions, even if it's like 10 pm

I just wanted to thank you for your awesome service and great product. I bought crystals knowing that you were the only source on the internet that really worked with crystals. I got my first crystal, a pack of 12, in two days and they look and feel like real diamonds, without the high price tag. Your customer service is also top notch!
