I haven't been able to be a satisfied customer for the past two years. I constantly receive emails about my order not being delivered, broken items, and more importantly, most of the crystals are not "real." Some of them look fake but they don't taste or smell like real crystals. I've gone back to my original vendor Amy on a couple of occasions to complain but they just ignore it. After contacting 3D Crystal directly,

I've been a customer of 3D Crystal for about 2 years now and I love the way they handle their business. They're very reliable when it comes to sending out crystals. The crystals there are extremely high quality, have great designs, and are easy to customize. I couldn't be happy with them!

You can find great quality crystals with various shapes and sizes on the 3D Crystal website with amazing customer service and attention to detail. I got a nice bag of crystal for my girlfriend just before Christmas, the packaging was perfect and arrived in the best condition I've ever seen. In addition, there is always someone waiting at my door if I have any questions or need help with anything related to crystals.

Since I started working with this company, I have received some of the best customer service ever. They are always responsive and always give me great advice. They are also very reasonable wads as far as what they're willing to offer me, especially when it comes to shipping and service. People who know me know that I'm not a fan of corporations, so I like that this company doesn't want to be another one.

I was looking for a unique way to celebrate my horse's retirement, and a 3D crystal of her photo was just that. The engraving captured her spirit perfectly and the crystal was beautiful.

I am a designer from Philadelphia, PA. It took me roughly two years to complete my master's degree and I got tired of the 8 to 12 hour days that it would take to earn the money for a degree. I was Customer at a large pharmaceutical people in China and found myself stuck doing everything on my own because of that. When I realized this, I thought about
