When I first started working with 3D Crystal, they were very helpful in making sure the crystal was most suitable to my requirements. When things went wrong, they would be quick to respond and fix any issues. Today I have been working with them for over a year, and am still very happy with their customer service. They are constantly updating their crystals (which is amazing), and have proven that they do care about what you need/want.

I bought a 3DCrystal from them and it was one of the best I've ever seen. It came with great instructions and a laser etched photo of my choice. The staff there were friendly and helpful as well!

I ordered a 3DCrystal for my parents' anniversary, and they absolutely loved it! The 3D effect made the photo come to life, and the engraving added a personal touch. It's a gift that they'll cherish for years to come.

The best selling point for me is the demo you can try before you purchase. It is a real good deal, I can see how it works, I have tried all the crystals and they are all great, but some of them are way too expensive.

I'm a big fan of your products and am always happy to see you being updated with new contents. 3DCrystal I have to say is the best present ever. It's a good crystal and to be honest, the quality is amazing. I've been ordering these kind of stuff since last year until now, my friends have already ordered this gift for their birthday.

I was in the market for a wedding gift. I needed it to be 3D printed and ready to go right away. I found 3DCrystal on Etsy and ordered a prototype for my BFF's wedding. They got back to me fast, everything was laser etched, had an amazing photo waiting for me on my inbox.

I used 3D Crystal for the first time about a week ago. I ordered a large crystal for my daughter and when I went to pay, the seller didn't have enough funds on file. I sent him over a screenshot of how much I had left, since he was most likely not able to take it off his bank account during the peak times of the month. He refunded me $8 (in American currency). I am happy with their services.
