I've been working with 3D Crystal for a long time now. I started back in 2011, when they were first trying to move into the online crystal store business. In that year, I got to work with them making unique pendants and other unique items, and it was at that time that I noticed some issues. After working with them for a while, though, I realized they really do have an amazing product.

The customer service is amazing... They are amazing and always friendly, even when I've had questions that needed clarification. Their products are beautiful and genuine...they stand behind their products 100%.

I love my new 3DCrystal. It looks exactly like the picture I sent them and it was a great price. They also included a free gift and a couple of extra crystals in case something went wrong with the photo that I uploaded, which reminded me of how caring they were about their customers.

My friends keep telling me to get a crystal. I've purchased some online and they are pretty, but they take so much time to deliver, but I wonder by the 3d crystal, due to their fast delivery.
