This is 3D Crystal's first review. Thank you for giving us your time to read. I've purchased a few crystals from this product and I must say they are excellent quality with very fast shipping. They are in pristine shape, clean cut and honestly, look better than the pictures online. The customer service provided by everyone here at 3D Crystals has been top notch considering how poorly the company.

The customer service at 3dcrystal.com lacked proactivity in resolving issues. I had to repeatedly follow up and provide additional documentation to initiate any progress, which was time-consuming and frustrating.
