I've been buying from 3DCrystal for about a year now and I'll be buying from them again. They are always very quick with shipping my crystals, I've never had to wait more than a day for the shipping, their customer service is great and they offer fast shipping too.

When I found out about 3D Crystal, I was so excited! Their website is absolutely beautiful, and the best part is that it's so easy to upload your own photos and use them in any of their gorgeous crystals. My mom said she wanted to create something for me and the process was easy. We loved the result.

Sometimes it not just the product but the experience. I had an issue with my order and the grace with which you helped resolve it quickly made me feel very confident in choosing you. Thank you.

What can 3DCrystal do well? They provide a very high quality of crystals, and their customer support always helps when you need it. You can find out if a customer is unhappy with the product or payment on the FAQ page. They have an amazing shipping policy, so you don't have to worry about your order being late. The only thing they could do better is to create more products and offer more designs for customers. I

I wanted to find a special way to remember my late grandmother, and 3dcrystal.com exceeded my expectations. I found a beautiful photo of her holding me as a baby and ordered a heart-shaped crystal. When it arrived, I was moved by how it captured her warmth and love. It's now a cherished keepsake and a reminder of the bond we shared.

I love their product. I've been using for 2-3 years now and I love everything about it! Their customer service is great, their products are amazing, and they are all of good quality. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for something like this! I just recently became a member, and it was the best decision ever in my life.

The crystal I received from 3dcrystal.com had a distorted image, making it difficult to recognize or appreciate the intended design.

Don't even bother contacting the customer service at 3dcrystal.com. They never respond to inquiries or provide any helpful assistance.

3dcystal.com turned a very sentimental picture of my wife and her late father into a beautiful 3D Crystal Heart. The finished product was perfect and actually brought her to tears. Now, she's wondering what pictures we should have done next.

My Mom passed away, had these beautiful ornaments made for the family, absolutely love them. Came in a beautiful box, and it arrived very fast. Extremely please and purchased more once I received the first three I ordered.
