I found the shipping costs at 3dcrystal.com to be unreasonably expensive, especially considering the weight and size of the package.

My 3D Crystal is a true work of art. The level of detail and craftsmanship is unparalleled. The process was easy and the customer service was excellent. I appreciated being able to see a digital proof before the final engraving. The end result is a beautiful and unique piece that I will treasure for years to come.
