We ordered a prestige-shaped crystal from 3dcrystal.com to commemorate our 50th wedding anniversary. The engraving of our wedding photo was stunning and the crystal was of excellent quality.

I actually sent an email with questions, got a confirmation the next day, but by the day after, I hadn't heard back so I called. They were very responsive and the keychain shipped within a couple of days. I would have liked to have been given the chance to change the photo.
