I'd like to thank you for all of your assistance from my order, which was placed in October 2015. I have to say I am extremely impressed with the customer service you have provided me and your company. You went above and beyond by providing me with an analysis of crystals I would be unable to identify for various reasons. Your customer service has been absolutely outstanding and in addition, your website is absolutely beautiful and clear.

After looking at various websites, I found the 3Dcrystal's website to be the most informative. It was clear that they took great care with their products and this was reflected in their excellent customer service as well. The crystals I ordered arrived swiftly and were beautifully packaged. I am a happy customer and will be ordering more crystals from them in the future.

I am glad I made this purchase. I will recommend this to everybody!!! My crystal is very beautiful, the model is detailed and excellently made, actually looks like a 3D crystal. It's soft, there are no scratches and the light shows the life of his beautiful heart. The price is good too!
