I have been using this company for a couple of months now. I like it very much, as my products are always getting better and better. The customer service is very professional and they respond to every single issue promptly. The quality of the it is perfect and I enjoy browsing through the different crystals, either in their actual form or in photos. My only complaint about this companyis that sometimes it can take two to three days for my products.

I ordered a 3D crystal for my best friend's baby shower, and it was a huge hit! The image of the baby's ultrasound inside the crystal is so cool, and the 3D effect really makes it stand out. It's a beautiful and unique keepsake that she will treasure forever.

I have used this service for over a year and a half. They are reliable, easy to work with and deliver what they promise. It's not just about the crystals though, it's about contacting them first, working with them after and dealing with their constant updates (added to whatever ever happens during that period). I would recommend this company for anyone who needs crystal services.

My first impressions with 3D Crystal were positive, but after 2-3 days of "customer service", I realized that it was NOT about customer service at all. I signed up for a trial account only to find out when my payment had been declined and that I would be charged $29.95 if I wanted to cancel within 30 days without a cancellation statement. Additionally, the trial itself is $99 and it can be installed
