Our family was completely shocked when we received the crystal with the 3D image of our grandmother. We couldn't believe how real it looked, as if she was right in front of us. Thank you, 3dcrystal.com, for creating such a beautiful keepsake that we will treasure forever.

3DCrystal is a great product with a good design and I love ordering their products. I love the product as well, they respond instantly and make sure that you get what you're asking for. The only thing that could be improved is the shipping because it takes a while to get your order. It's fast though, so it's not a big deal to me...

It is really nice seeing real life photos of yourself on 3D Crystal! They have made it really easy to search for that perfect crystal, and it's a pity there's not more selection.

I have been using 3D Crystal for a few months and I really do like it. I am a tech geek like most people, but I enjoy cutting my own stuff. It's been such a great experience for me having someone to work with where even if you don't understand the process, they are able to help you figure out how to do things correctly. Their prices are fair and their customer service is top-notch!

The personalized crystal arrived without the promised LED light base, which was meant to enhance the visual impact of the engraving. It felt like a breach of trust and false advertising.

I found the pricing structure at 3dcrystal.com to be misleading. Additional fees and charges were added during the checkout process, significantly increasing the final cost.
