I have for the first time ordered from 3d Crystal and was very new on everything. I was ordering some gifts for my brother and sisters of my mom who has been deceased. Also for my wife for her of her mother who has died of cancer and brother who was murdered less than a year ago. I needed help with details along the way. That is when I ran into customer service. From beginning to end on all of my orders, Customer service stayed on top of things faster than I would have imagined any company doing so. Any question I had big or small was answered quickly and with kindness. I will always be a lifetime customer with service and quality products like this. Thanks 3Dcrystal for making my shopping experience a great one. Oh and for the customer that is still deciding if they should get one or not. Stop thinking--the answer is a YES-you wont be sorry. PROMISE. ...Michael
