The customer service from this company is truly exceptional! They were so helpful in answering all my questions, and they made sure that the 3D engraving was just right. The crystal arrived in perfect condition and the quality is amazing. I would definitely order from them again!

I have been using 3D Crystal for over a year now and I am amazed at their customer service. They have been incredibly responsive to all of my feedback, and always respond within a day or two...which is very fast considering the time zone difference between where I live in Europe and where I live in the U.S. They are also really friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their product!

The packaging of the personalized crystal from your website lacked the elegance and care I had envisioned. It left me feeling a sense of disappointment.

I have been using 3D Crystal for a few months and I'm very happywith my purchase. The quality of the crystals is pretty much perfect, they are exactly as advertised and 3D Crystal's staff is always available to answer any questions or concerns I have. For example, when I contacted them about a stone that was no longer available, they were very kind in understanding my situation and were able to get me another piece before it was
