The customer service at 3DCrystal.com fell short of my expectations. They were unresponsive and unhelpful when I encountered an issue with my order.

I purchased a 3D crystal of my child's artwork and it was such a unique and special gift. The way the image was transformed into 3D and engraved in the crystal was truly amazing. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind keepsake.

My family and I ordered a 3D crystal plaque for my mom's birthday. My mom loved it, but I think she loved it more than I did. She kept touching the plaque and would stop to stare at it every 10 minutes. The process with putting in all the personalization was very easy, the ordering process was easy, and there were no issues with delivery

My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary, and I wanted to surprise her with a gift that captured our love and commitment to each other. I ordered a crystal heart with a 3D engraving of our family photo from 3dcrystal.com, and she was overwhelmed with emotion by the beauty and sentiment of the gift. It's now a cherished addition to our home and a symbol of our love and family.
