The experience was fine, until I was reading through the Policy Wording document, which was issued by Berkley Insurance Australia; I could find no mention of that company on the AUZi site, and no mention of AUZi in the document, leading to a feeling that the document had basically been just copied from another insurance provider and leaving not much faith in AUZi. I tried the 'chat to us' option on the site to ask about this, but received no reply; I was using the site outside of business hours, which was part of the convenience of ordering online, and guessed that I would receive some sort of email response the next day since no reply came from the 'chat to us' (no reply was ever received - if the 'chat to us' only works within business hours please specify that on the option). Relying on the good reviews I'd previously read of AUZi in other places, I went through with my purchase anyway and was relieved to see afterwards that Berkley Insurance was a partner of AUZi, though this information should have been available before purchasing. At the very least I highly recommend that AUZi be named in the Policy Wording document.

Very easy to renew policy. At one point, needed help, so rang up and my call was answered straight away, that was very efficient at your end. Staff member was helpful. Happy with the whole experience, hassle free.
