I found the staff I spoke with via phone were very helpful & patient. I was satisfied with my overall experience both with getting an account established & getting my lab appt. There did seem to be little bit of confusion at one point when I was told the lab could not see a specimen there for me, even tho' I gave them all the specific I.D. & appropriate info. Lady I spoke with was extra helpful, but she could not solve the problem. I didn't have an opportunity to look into the matter until 2 days later...by then I had received my email results & it all worked out. Will definitely use your services again, pleasure to work with patient, helpful people. Thank You.

The website experience was super smooth. I had real urgency on this tests and got my results super fast. The woman that took my sample was nice and made it fast and comfortable (even though I have terrible veins).
The ONLY thing that ruined it for me was, I took a wrong turn and eded in what I think was Pediatrg, doing a wrong line. The nurse/secretary on that desk was extremely rude, unlike everyone else I encountered… Other than her, I’ve already recommended the lab to a few friends that need the same test for school!
