While I was able to easily use your website to schedule my appointment & find my results, I do have few comments. First, I found the two ladies working at the the desk on Monday, October 4 brisk and disinterested in being anywhere near polite. I saw them
basically rush someone out of there pretty quickly and kept telling him to use a computer but since he was from another country didn’t have access to a computer and I thought that was pretty callous of them. While your website advertises that you can drop in apparently I missed the small print or appointments were highly recommend it. So on Monday when I was there it took the ladies 20 minutes before they informed me of this policy although I checked in directly on the iPad when I arrived while one of the ladies was at the desk. . Second I do enjoy the fact that I could get these lab orders outside of my doctors office
