On 9/15 the tech that drew the blood work used the the wrong tube and had to have blood redrawn on 9/20. Called Accesa labs on 9/20 three times and never spoke with anyone. Only could leave a message. Today is 9/22 and still have not got a call back.

Five stars for the friendliness and demeanor of the nurse who took my labs. One star for the fact that the person who called me with results basically told me that I’d tested positive for something based on my results, which a layman wouldn’t be able to decipher without a medical professional. Went to get followup labs done at another facility and the doctor easily interpreted the original labs for me and said I was almost certainly negative. I took more labs to be safe and have since been confirmed negative. But I spent the several days in between tests agonizing over what steps I’d have to take for treatment, worrying over misinformation.
