I placed my orders about a month before I went in to test. When I arrived at the test site in Fontana, I was told I needed an appointment and could not be tested. I was referred to the Fontana Vons site where no appointment was needed. I asked the tech which tests I was getting since I had placed two orders and her response was "As many as you signed up for." My past experiences have always been very positive and this was a surprise response. I will continue to use Quest.
