I wish there was a six-star rating to acknowledge how my blood testing went. I ordered the tests from Accesa Labs and logged on to the Quest web site to arrange for my test appointment. I received confirmation from Quest of the date/time. Went I went to the Quest facility, I responded to the text message they sent me and automatically was confirmed. A few minutes later they notified me that they were ready. I sat for a few moments in a socially distance chair with my mask on. I was called in and the blood was drawn. The technician did a great job and I was out in a few short minutes. Here is where the story gets good. I left the Quest facility at 9:45am on Wednesday. At 12:26am Thursday morning, I received the results via e-mail from Accesa Labs and Quest. Incredible turnaround. That's customer service!

I love the detail of this report and the historical data provided along with it. I did not allow enough time from testing to my appointment apparently as the full results were not fully available for my cardiology appointment, However, I really appreciated the close follow-up from the customer service team. Perhaps a note on the test selection could add the approximate number of days until results are all available.
