The entire process was very straight forward and relatively simple. I went on a Thursday afternoon to the local office and I was only in the waiting area for approximately 10 minutes before my name was called. There is a nice screen in the waiting area that tells you exactly how long the projected wait time will be. The staff was courteous and professional. From the time that I parked my car in the garage, I was done within 30 minutes which in my opinion was fantastic. I then received my test results within one day of my appointment. I don't know how much quicker they could have been.
