Overall the process was very easy and I appreciated the paying online and just showing up. The only reason I did not award 5 stars was that I was disappointed that the lab I selected as my location did not show up on either the receipt or the lab slip so that I knew where I was going without looking it up on google myself. I do not have a smart phone and that took extra time that was somewhat inconvenient for me.
