Your service has always been excellent. The system you have put in place with the laboratories being aware of your company and accepting the doctor’s order and instructions works very smoothly. Also having your personnel available by phone for questions is beneficial. However, cost of paying out-of-pocket seem to be a little pricey while insurance reimbursement would be less. Finding a middle ground between what a patient pays verses what insurance companies get discounted would be great.
