The staff was very friendly and efficient. The waiting room was quite busy when I arrived on a Friday afternoon but service was very quick. Thank you for a good experience!

I made my first appointment on a Friday. When I got to the lab they informed me that they could not do this on a Friday as no one would be there the next day to send my blood off to the lab. I had to reschedule and come back the following Tuesday. I live over an hour away from the lab so this was a major inconvenience.

The technician - lovely woman - was a joy to meet and visit with. She works for Quest Labs I assume. The facilities were noticeably clean and well kept/comfortable. I would recommend Accesa Labs and have recommended Accesa Labs since this experience. The prompt return of test results was outstanding.

I have a question and am not sure how to get it answered, but think I will find a number to call. If it is difficult, that would be my one complaint. I was delighted otherwise. Thank you.

Everything was great. When I called to ask about the status of my results, the woman who I spoke to was great in assisting me and providing me with an update.

User friendly and great service. Labs conveniently located and long enough hours to go after work. I really appreciate your service.

Excellent way to get labs that our doctor wouldn't order. So glad I found Accesa, I was correct in my suspicion of Hashimotos Thyroiditis.

Pretty solid. Just make the print outs look more futuristic and legitimate. It kind of seems fake but overall nice job.
