I felt the results took too long to get. The personal that I was in contact with seemed to care about my situation. I just felt it took too long to get the results. I will look for a quicker turn around time next time I need a blood test.

I had an early morning appointment and was seen on time. But it was clear that having only ONE person doing both check-in and phlebotomy was very inefficient. It put too much pressure on her, and I could see that a bunch of walk-ins would easily have overwhelmed her and might have resulted in delays. The person did a very good job, but the lab needs at least two people on duty to do the job well.
