I really liked the entire process from ordering my tests to viewing result online! It was a very easy and straightforward process, thank you!

The lab didn’t have a clear signage around the entrance so spent extra 15 min to roam around and search for the lab.
Most importantly, the nurse at the lab was giving me unprofessional comments about my past covid infection which was extremely hurtful and I couldn’t wait for her to finish taking my blood so that I could run away from there forever.
Apart from this, I add up the star, bcs the overall idea of getting tests arranged and scheduled online, paid online, results online - is very convenient and worked well.

The only thing I would recommend is making a reservation (even though the website says no reservations needed for testing only).

Very easy. Even though I didn’t have an appointment at the lab, and there was a long line of people with appointments, I got in and out quick.
