Everyone was knowledgeable and kind, however The 3 large stairs, getting to the lab (without a hand rail) were unexpected and difficult for an alone handicapped person. I scaled them using my hands on the stairs for stability, but I worried about getting back down again the entire time I was there. There MUST BE A HAND RAIL!!.
