The process went as smoothly as possible in my opinion. I went to the lab the day following the order and had my results the following morning. It was very quick. Thank you.

I am happy to be able to obtain comprehensive blood tests for a reasonable price. I select these tests because I can specify what I consider important as opposed to the general tests typically ordered during an office visit.

However, there are several things that I wish were improved. One is to not notify me before all the tests are complete and to not generate 5 survey requests after the first result in available but before the remainder of the tests are available. I hate being pestered over and over when the results aren't even available.

Second, there are a couple of tests that are questionable. The PSA test claims to generate readings that are 20% higher than the average. So what does that mean. Do I panic because the test is higher than normal or is this an unreasonable limit that is being arbitrarily set.

Third, there are two, what appears to be identical Vitamin D tests. One says my levels are low, the other says they are within range. In the past, I have supplemented with 4000 IU in addition to what I was getting in my daily multi-vitamin. The Vitamin D test levels barely move and I ENDED UP WITH SEVERE BACK AND SHOULDER PAIN THAT I COULD NOT TRACE TO ANY INJURY OR ACTIVITY. I FINALLY STOPPED TAKING THE EXCESSIVE VITAMIN D AND VOILA, THE BACK AND SHOULDER PROBLEM DISAPPEARED. BEING AN ENGINEER, I DECIDED TO TAKE THE EXTRA VITAMIN D AGAIN AND THE BACK AND SHOULDER PROBLEMS RETURNED. SO I HAVE TO CONCLUDE THAT THE VITAMIN D TESTS ARE NOT CORRECT. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO TAKE TONS OF VITAMIN D TO BOOST MY LEVELS A TINY BIT JUST TO GET SEVERE BACK AND SHOULDER PAINS. I THINK THE VITAMIN D TESTS ARE USELESS.

In general, I would rate the service 5 stars if the PSA tests were standardized to what other testing sites utilize and to address the two Vitamin D tests to make them both read consistently and to establish reasonable limits. Also, I would appreciate not being asked to rate the service 4 times before the tests are completed.

Was my first time using this lab. I never got results from one of the two labs I ordered. I contacted customer service via the chat app, and got no answer there either.

I made an appointment...was in and out promptly. Phlebotomist was very good. Test results arrived sooner than I had expected.
