The entire process, before receiving my results , took a total of 30 minutes! I printed the form, drove to the nearest HealthQuest, waited less than two minutes, then was in & out of the lab in 5 minutes. My results were even ready the very next day! Highly recommend using Health Quest!!

I felt rushed or pushed into having my lab done by the tech. I was apprehensive about having it done since I had drank water prior to testing for the blood to flow freely into my veins. I noted this several times to the tech, but yet she continue to tell me "you"ll be alright" and then stuck the needle in my harm. She had to manipulate the needle several times (turning it) to get the blood to flow, this hurt my arm. Thankfully, we got the viles filled, but it took longer and my arm continued to hurt for several hours afterwards. I would have preferred to just postpone the test to another day, but the tech insisted on me having it done and her doing it. Are they paid an incentive for how many labs they do each day? There seem to be a zest for her motivation. Me being the customer/patient felt I had the last say and not the tech. Also, it was very cold in the bldg. I think we were in the basement of the bldg, it was like being in a dungeon.
