I used the location in the Medical Arts building at approximately 3:30pm. First of all, the person who drew my blood had the best technique I have ever seen. The results were given to me faster than I had expected; the instructional videos are a nice touch for those who are not trained in the medical profession and may need help interpreting their results. The Check-in Electronic Tablet seems to be an issue. Most people using it seem totally confused on how to use the device. Most people using it a Vietnamese and are not familiar with changing the language settings to their language. As a result they will hit a key and are not sure how to navigate through the questions and will remain locked in a page as they can not figure out the insturctions clearly. I suggest the desk clerk become involved on assisting on how to use it. Maybe a volunteer can help.
