One suggestion I would make - update the time it takes to get results from the Methylmalonic acid urine test. Website says it typically takes 4 days or less. I did not receive mine for 9 days. I needed it for a doctor’s appointment and it didn’t arrive in time. (Your customer service people were polite and pleasant when I inquired.)

The single part of my experience that was not perfect: •I showed up at Qwest to get my blood drawn at 9am and after waiting for 45 minutes to be seen, was called back only to be told that they just realized that QuantGold TB testing can only be drawn after 12:30pm due to test requirements and I would need to come back. He told me this is standard procedure at all Qwest labs and could have been identified at the time of my purchase. A heads up/notice would have been terrific!
