Website is easy to use, but could use some explanatory details for specifics on the tests being ordered (length of time, special requirements, etc). The results could also be clearer if they are being released piece-meal. I received the results from my first test, but not my second; but the results did not make it clear that the second was still pending so I initially thought the test was missing/lost.
