Good stuff, smoothed out the ride. Only complaint is there should be some instructions on pressing out the bushing inserts and installing the larger ones when needed. Had to call customer support. Yea it's a no brainer to some but it looks like you could tear them up but you won't.

Just like everyone else has stated; Great product! My rear end dropped 2.25" and wheel well gap matched perfectly with the front.
Ride quality (bumps and such) same... maybe better. 6 days installed and took it through a few paces. Cornering seems to be better... little less body roll (I got the crew cab). Nice polished finish. I see a few reviews where people got less than 2" drop. Maybe I can help. I made sure spring ends lined up to the molded ends on top rubber boots. While keeping the top boots from displacing, I rotated the springs around until I noticed bottom ends were higher off the axe. In other words, jack up the axe until the spring are sitting sluggish, then rotate them around until you notice they are more free moving (for a lack of a better word - shorter). In my case, the bottom spring ends were towards the rear. I completed my work less than 1.5 hours. It can be done in 1 hour... I took longer as I had to figure out exact spring position to get the most drop. You will be happy with the appearance and savings compared to the others on the market.

The parts fit fine although the job was way more difficult than I anticipated involving detaching all the rear axle mounting points, dropping the axle and moving it forward 4" to enable putting in the shackles. This shackle appears to be slightly lighter duty than the original ones in terms of metal mass and construction. I have a 3500HD and I would have preferred a beefier part. Probably would be fine for 1/2 or 3/4 ton model. Since this was the only lowering shackle I could find, I will go with it and see how it holds up.

Everything I got worked and looked good. I had to paint the U bolts for my 3500 that came a few days later. The front shocks came on 2 different days. If you follow the instructions that are sent in order there will be no problem installing this lift. 3 guys 10 hours to install with wheels and tires The truck looks tough! One hardware package was missing after the fact Ace hardware run to invent the bushing and sleeve
