c-notch did not match up correctly and the Ubolts and nut got stripped out and were cheaply made i will never recommend this kit to anyone. i was hoping for a fast and easy installation but turned into a full weekend process having to motifly the c-notch to even make it fit

Great kit, high quality parts, easy installation. Installed on 1984 GMC Sierra 1500 2wd longbed. This 5.5/8 drop looks like it's bagged it sits so low. Was exactly the look I was going for,. One note, if you have larger than stock wheels and tires you will definitely need to remove the front inner fenders or go with a larger aftermarket inner fender as there is only about 1-2" clearance between the top of the front tire and inner fender.

Finished my 01 Silverado this weekend with this 4/6 drop. Pretty happy with it perfect fitment for my wheel tire set up. Was my first time doing something like this, pretty straightforward job, Only thing is the c-notch should be coming with some sort of instruction like a template to mark on your frame or something.. Everything else came with instructions besides that. I kinda just assumed to use the factory bumpstop position for my centre point for the notch not realizing (at the time) that it pushes back slightly with having the springs on the bottom, I should have thought that through a bit better or even if I did the flip kit first I would have caught onto it.. so unfortunately I'm 1 inch off on where I cut out my notches which is not great because there isn't much forgiveness with the short length of the notch gap itself unlike other brands. Overall if I was to do it again to another truck I'd buy this kit again.
