Great product very fast shipping an packaged well!! All parts fit fantastic

Purchased in spring of 2017 and just put kit on last weekend with a buddy. Everything went on EXACTLY as it was supposed to. Truck has over 100k miles and all components swapped in perfectly (didn't even break anything!). Point of note: I had a chipped lifting shackle that McGaughy's customer service team sent a replacement to me without any hesitation. Their customer service is unbeatable.

I ended up loosening the torsion keys all the way and used the second hole on lifting shackle to obtain a 3/5 drop, which is perfect. 4wd engages nicely still without any strange noises. Very small forward rake remains, no worry of that Cali lean look in case you were wondering. I would highly recommend this kit to anyone looking to drop their Ram.

BTW - McGaughy's notches the spindles out of the factory so this kit works with both 2wd and 4x4 models. The lower control arm fits thru the notch perfectly. I just did it so you know it works!

Installed on new 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 to get a more level look. These are well made, no issue with these parts. The spare needed to come out, the tow hitch had to be removed and either the bed of the truck needed to be raised or the seam above the shackle had to be cut and/or bent over to get the shackle bolts out. Not too hard, but time consuming. Truck looks much better now.

This was my first ever lift install and although the instructions were vague, it was pretty straight forward. It took 2 of us about 13hrs start to finish in a mechanics garage. I set it for 9" with the add a leaf in the rear. There weren't and brackets to relocate the front brake lines, just made some out of 1" straight stock. took the truck to be aligned and it rides great. The lift itself is great, but less than 6 months after the install the powder coating is peeling off and starting to rust, the shocks are completely rusty and the truck hasn't seen salt. I was told that they will not warranty the powder coating. If you purchase this kit, i would highly recommend having it re-coated prior to installing it.

Great kit, instructions for rear flip are not the best but If you have any mechanical knowledge you don't need the instructions, pretty self explanatory. Truck looks awesome sits level and rides great. Best kit for the money and don't waste your hard earned coin on eBay junk lol.

The installation was easy. (be sure to remove the rear shackle spring bolts from both sides or else you will not be able to lower the springs enough to get the bolt past the frame). The actual drop was 1 inch at the rear wheel well with the 2 inch shackles on a 2WD 2016 Lariat super crew. The same result that I had on a 2008 F150 4X4 King Ranch. The look from the side is much better, just a very slight forward rake.

These springs are a great value. They are good quality, well priced, the only bad thing I could say about these would be that they are a little soft. They have a good road feel, just a little more sag in the rear when hauling some weight than factory springs. They are easy to install and give a real 2 inch drop in the rear.

I have to say im disappointed. I installed my 2" 4" deluxe kit on my '12 about 2.5 yrs ago. With only about 20k miles on the rd, I had never expected to see the springs fail so badly (stacked coils and one cracked thru!) in such short time. I contacted Mcgaughys directly to see if they could offer any help.... There first comment when we talked was how terrible my springs looked.......... Yes I agree, thats why I called and sent them pics Even w/ the coatings failing and allowing surface rust to lift the powdercoat, this had nothing to do w/ the failure of the metal. Ive been a machinist for 20yrs and work for the navy in a metal testing lab , we kinda know about corrosion and metal fatigue. There angle was that the rd salt had rusted to springs to the point of failure???????????? If this truly is a rare failure (sometimes things just do happen)., the thought of mcgaughys not wanting to stand behind there product is really sad. I dont normally do feedback for parts that I buy, but I will make an exception this time I was offered another set of springs @ full price + shipping ($187). Nope, ill pass on that deal

The front is fairly simple to do and actually comes with a vague list of what you need to do. The rear end seems simple until you get into it. it also does not include the fact that you need to cut and grind parts on your frame. I made a few calls to the company that makes this kit and the guys on the phone were very helpful and knew exactly what I needed to do. finished it and the truck looks and rides great. only thing I can knock on this kit is the lack of instructions whether you are doing it yourself or taking it to a shop.

Purchased the 50723 kit for my 2013 gmc sierra. The directions were useless, pictures were useless. My kit had about a dozen stones inside the cross member. I had missing bolts and nuts. I had parts in my kit that weren't listed in the package. You claimed in the past that 8 inches was level, now 7 inches is level with nothing removed or added to kit. You also claim yo be able to fit 35s with no cutting. I have 20x10 with 35x12.5 tires. I now have to cut the metal on the back side of my wheel well because of rubbing. So unhappy with this kit

After 10 + times using mcgaughys product I ran into a issue with a 2 in drop spring causing a 84 c10 to ride 100% on bump stops and a 26-1/2 tall tire to rub the inner fender leaving the truck not drivable , 2 days of trying to resolve the problem with a mcgaughys tech the techs answer was to install lift knuckles or spacers!!!???? My answer = 2 in Maxtrac drop springs , problem solved , long story short I will never buy any product from mcgaughys again, very poor customer service and no option to test the springs for bring defective or to warranty them

Bought the 7"-9" lift for my 2015 gmc sierra and have had nothing but issues with the lift. Its been on my truck for a little over a year and 20k miles and so far been through 3 struts, tie rod ends, and as of now 3 welds on my rear blocks are completely cracked, and rides terrible.

I bought and installed the rear 2" lowering kit on my 2016 chevy 2500 4x4 on 07/17 I'm giving this product 3 stars because I had to cut about 2 mm because it was too wide and it would not slide smoothly into place. Im writing this mainly so McGaughys addresses the issue. Im not a mechanic so I had to go buy an extra tool that I had not accounted for originally. Other thank that I'm very happy with the stance of my truck now. Measuring from the ground to the wheel wel. There was a 3.5" difference now there is 1.5" difference and it looks great. Front 39.75", rear 41.25". The reasons I went with a 2 inch drop in the rear instead of a 2 inch lift in the front are handeling and I wanted easier access to the bed area. Again happy with results.

Bought the 9 inch upgrade with this lift and have had some problems. Front end was higher than the rear by 1.5 inches. Sway bar hits the spindle when turning. E brake lines in rear are stretched to the max. Still haven't found a solution for the sway bar problem.

The kit was delivered in tact but it did not come with instructions for the rear at all. only gave a to-do list for the front end and a couple torque specs. No pictures for installing the brackets. no explanation of how to adjust to the different heights.

My dual steering stabilizer bracket showed up very fast, packageing was great had zero issues with mounting I also purchased the fox shox to go with the bracket and they look fantastic thank you again guys I will continue to do buisness with y'all in the future
