King Size Comfort Plus Air Bed – Navy/White
It doesn't get 5 stars simply because it's still only as good as an air bed despite everyones gushing reviews. It's just higher!

King Size Comfort Air Bed – Grey/Navy
Just been sleeping on it for a few nights sometimes it deflates a little so I habe to pump it up. Otherwose good quality bed. I thought you were gonna send bag to carry the bed so I'm alittle dissapointed for that.

Good customer service
Mattress itself is good. Not excellent. Minor squeaks and not as firm as advertised.

King Size Comfort Air Bed – Grey/Navy
My air bed mattress has already got a hole in it and the stickers that were sent with mattress to cover and to fix have not worked. Wouldn’t recommend waste of money.

The patch does not work.

Spare-Part Air Bed Repair Patch
Purchased the single air mattress in 2022 and the bed is used every year for 3 consecutive days, otherwise it’s in storage. The 3rd time of use July 2025 we experienced a leak and requested a patch (not supplied on receipt of goods). Contacted customer services who were excellent and provided two patches FOC. I’ve used both and it has failed to stop the leak. Not a great investment based on my capital outlay.

Double Size Comfort Plus Air Bed – Navy/White
Great product. Very comfortable and sturdy. Inflates and deflates easily.
Though it was less firm 2 nights later and as staying in a tent in the rain with no immediate electric power point we didn’t have option to add extra air.

King Size Comfort Air Bed – Grey/Navy
The mattress has a lot of airpocket and stress noise. This did reduce after we put a couple of sheets/ carpets beneath it. But did not fully go away.
It has also been losing some air through the night. Not as firm early in th morning which was discomfirting.
On the positive side - the customer service team, was very helpful and once they saw the videos we sent them, offered a replacement or a full refund. So I am not sure if we just we unfortunate to land up with a bad piece.
We are going to try and opt for the higher range version - comfort plus.

Brought airbed for a trip. For the duration of the week long trip the airbed deflated. Not impressed as this was supposed to be a premium option.

Double Size Comfort Plus Air Bed – Navy/White
After reading lots of reviews we decided on the Active Era comfort plus air bed. It was a replacement for a standard height camping air bed. The additional height and comfort was essential to making camping enjoyable.
We initially slept on it at home, having left it inflated for a couple of days prior. A great night's sleep, probably better than our usual sprung mattress.
We're now using it camping in a tent and it's amazing. Really comfortable, stays inflated and is so much easier to get on and off of.
We initially inflated it for 2 and a half minutes, then just top it up for a further 30 seconds before bed using the fantastic inbuilt pump. Deflation is just as easy.
All we can say is "wished we'd got one sooner!"

Single Comfort Air Bed – Grey/Navy
Arrived quickly, easy to unpack, simple to inflate, left it up overnight in a room with the window open to disipate the newplastic smell. In the morning smell was gone and no deflation was apparant. Used for 4 nights, comfy and good to sleep on. Very easy to use. Deflated and packed away into the box with no problems. Ready for future use. An all round excellent airbed.
