Active Era bed seems good. Time will tell. Maya, assistant, was very helpful. She answered all my questions really promptly and helped me choose the right bed. Highly recommend her.

We received amazing customer service! The airbed we purchased had a puncture the first time we used it and after trying to repair it with the puncture kit, we contacted Active Era. They kindly agreed to send us a replacement. The communication was extremely pleasant and prompt. Thank you!!

One of the best sleeps we’ve had camping, so comfy! The bed was easy enough to pump up with a portable electric pump just plugged it in and let it do its thing when we were unpacking. Really impressed & can’t wait to use again

Absolutely rubbish product, took it on our first camping trip and it deflated overnight in both nights.

I was sent the wrong size air mattress.
When I sent an email for a refund they asked me so many questions at the end we agreed that I should send the item back. After 20 days I still don’t receive my refund. I sent an email and was told to sent the proof of postage. I sent it with the delivery photo. Now one answers my emails. I will recommend anyone to buy from them. Very bad customer service

I have had several of your beds and find them very comfortable I had a stroke 15 years ago and the only thing I can get a decent nights sleep on is an air bed. I have had a few fail before the guarantee ran out but you have replaced them, I don’t expect to get 12 months from them but the last one is seven months old and still going strong, keep up the good work you are well ahead of the competition!
