Used the Patch to repair and has fixed our problem. Very fast service. Thankyou

Just used this bed for 8 nights in cornwall, very comfortable & steady! I needed a little more every 24 hours but this could of been due to tempertare changes. I brought this at the sale price and has exceeded my expectations price and has exceeded my expectations so far.

Paddle board was just as described. Used at weekend on local lake and it was easy to pump up and get everything ready to go. Once finished it was easy to deflate and pack away in the back pack.

Comfortable .

It was easy to set up and holds the air throughout the night from the second inflation onwards. The only downside is that the bed is around 135-140cm rather than the 150 which is on the box. In case of sharing the bed this small difference can be felt unfortunately.

After watching others out on the water and previously putting off purchasing a paddle board, I found this amazing bundle and couldn't recommend it more to others. I've been out on calm harbour waters, beach and river. In all cases I've found the paddle board to cope well but enjoyed it most on the river where I've been able to stand up with confidence. The pump included makes the task of inflation and deflation easy work - I did think about purchasing an electric pump but so far I've had no issues with the manual one due to the dual action. The paddle itself is perfect for sitting down or standing up and the water tight bag provided is good enough to keep things dry but wouldn't guarantee complete dryness in the event of it falling in. The bag provided is great for storage and easy to carry the paddle board and accessories. I've seen other products with much larger bags almost too big to carry a short distance from a car/van. Another feature which swayed me to purchasing this product over an alternative was the built in camera mount which I've used each time I've been out on my paddle board to capture sunsets and selfie footage. As above, I couldn't recommend this product more and have already done so to family and friends.

Mattress comfortable and met our expectations

Delivery fast. Happy with purchase. Bed seems OK, although not slept on yet. Purchased this one because of extra height, but doesn't measure 53cm high, unless you take it from the raised pillow for the head, but who tries to get off the bed at that end.? If, like me, you're buying for someone with mobility issues raising off the bed, bear this in mind.

We have been camping for a number of years and enjoy doing it , but then issue we have is good nights sleep this air bed gives you the satisfaction of a good nights sleep

Unfortunately I did not get off to a great start when taking this out for the first time.

The pump was faulty so could not inflate fully. I am hoping this will be replaced quickly. Managed to inflate enough to take on the water but noticed one of the fins is slightly bent, hoping this will sort itself out and that it’s just down to how it was packaged.

Once on the water, the paddle fastener broke!…so have ordered a replacement. I am wondering whether this was thrown about during delivery because seems a bit coincidental that two parts were faulty and wonky fin!

Let’s hope customer service can rectify quickly…because as in the title this board definitely has potential!

I gave my old set of scales to my grandson, and bought myself some newer ones for myself, the new ones would not bluetooth connect to my phone, the company tried every way to assist. They sent out another new set, great customer service.

I had bought this airbed for camping. When I had blowed it up the first time in the house it seemed okay (only had it up for a few mins) but when I had actually taken it on the camping trip it did not stay up (and did not blow up when pillaged in but not sure if it may have been on our part, so I ended up blowing it up with a foot pump). I did notice a small hole which I have no idea how it got there, as it had been in the bag and not near anything that could puncture it. Was really sad as I had such high hopes and feel as though I wanted my money :/ we ended up with a cheap airbed that had lasted the whole camping trip

Great idea for camping and visiting

We have bought 3 of these for camping, 2 singles and a king size. One of the singles had faulty valve on the built in manual pump making it useless. The second single went down overnight on its first use, if any pressure was put on the main valve you could hear it leak, I've re-inserted the valve so fingers crossed for tonight. The King size has been used for 2 nights camping and one night at home. When we tried to use it for our current camping trip it was completely flat in a couple of hours. Inspecting it in the morning found a hole, so poor durability! Hopefully the patch will hold as we are away for 6 more nights!
Also the provided rechargeable pump was not powerful enough to blow through the one way valve so that had to be removed in order to inflate the beds.

Used for the first time this weekend typical bank holiday Welsh weather! Wet,sunny, cold, repeat!
Tent went up easier than expect & came down even easier. Impressed. Very roomy for two & very comfortable with our Active Era king size inflatable mattress with electric pump.
Will definitely buy Active Era products again.

Good quality and service .

Have blown this up a couple of times just to test it and so far, so good. Will be used ‘proper’ in 2 weeks when I have visitors. I wanted a blow up bed with the internal coils for extra strength so hope this works out well. Only disappointment so far is that no storage cover was supplied, hence 4 stars.

Strong construction and comfortable airbed.

The USB pump takes four hours to charge and will only inflate the bed once before needing to be recharged.
Inflation takes 4-5 minutes.
The pump has to be held in place otherwise the pressure forces the pump out of the housing, however, it is possible to place the pub against a firm surface/wall to stop it from being pushed out.
The pump can also deflate the bed which is a time saver.
Note that the supplied yellow patch notices ARE in fact the patches!

We used this for a weeks camping, did the job well. Did top up the air every night and it had gone down a bit by the morning but no different from our previous air beds. Comfortable, lots of space - really big! Wasn't so keen on the pillow, not needed and I shuffled down a bit from it, 6ft hubby slept comfortably too. House guests have used a couple of times too and slept well. Good value for the money.
