The bed was easy to blow up and deflate. Would have loved for it to come with a bag to store it in as never going back in the box. My grandson who is five slept on it and said he had a lovely nights sleep. Did not hear a peep from him all night. I laid on it and felt it was firm. Others I have had in the past can have a water bed feeling. Will be using it again.

Used our air bed for the first time over Christmas. We hadn't anticipated having to do so and hadn't opened the box before. To say it was easy to inflate is an understatement. It inflates quickly and effortlessly. Our guests had a comfortable night's sleep and it deflated just as easily and is now back in the original box. Very pleased with this purchase üòä.

Used as a guest bed, the manual does warn that the initial few times of use can cause deflating after some use. But once one has used it a couple of times (test sleep on it first I would recommend :-) ) it works excellent. Because of the size one should allow 3-4 minutes and yes, the inflation process is not silent ..... but it inflates well and keeps the air really well in. For proper deflation, make sure you push the air out of the bed completely so that it is easier to fold and store away..Due to the fact that the head is resting on a slightly elevated part, it provides more comfort that I could imagine having been used to old fashioned air beds on on these one can have an easy (or entertaining) night in all comfort and is still compact enough to be stored in a bigger shopping bag for life to take with you somewhere. Can highly recommend this.

This was ordered as we needed an extra bed for Xmas for guests. It arrived very quickly, and we put it up a week before we needed it to make sure all was in order and it worked. It was perfect. What was also very nice was that I received an email from the company a couple of days after delivery to see if everything was okay and to say if we had any problems to go back to them straight away as they are a small company and it was important to them we were happy with our purchase. Would definitely recommend them

We used this air bed over eight nights consecutively. We needed to inflate and deflate each day as we didn't have room to leave it inflated all day. Inflation and deflation was so easy with the inbuilt motor. Our previous ones has a separate motor that had to be charged for 12 before using, the batteries failed hence the need for a new air bed. This one is very comfortable and was better for being a bit higher than our previous one. We didn't have the option of inflating it two hours before use and felt that it was cold to touch. We remedied this by placing a blanket between the mattress and the bedding (this was a trick we used when camping). It would be useful to have a storage bag for it.We are so pleased with it we'll be buying a single one.

For the first month the bed was very useful, inflating and deflecting with ease. But it developed three leaks along the seem, in the same corner of the bed.We have not mistreated this bed, though it has been well used over Christmas. I don't believe we caused the leaks and regard the bed unfit for purpose or faulty. Unfortunately I cannot return it because it's now outside the return period.I tried to fix it with a recommenced puncture kit but it still gradually deflated and becomes too uncomfortable for an adult. It's now just become a hassle to use...
