The bed inflates rapidly although some advice about the rather complicated air plug would be welcome. We found that the body needed insulating from air currents circulating inside the pump up structure and that a nice thick blanket or foam sheet would do this very well. Otherwise easy to use, comfortable and very convenient for the occasional visitor. Will not go back in box as others have reported, although reversing the pump sucks out air efficiently.

Sad to say that after following your advice on how to inflate the bed, it was used by a friend for the first time. I inflated it two hours before hand but when ready for bed it had deflated by half its pressure, so I filled it again hoping that would be ok, but in the morning found out that it had deflated during the night and my friend ended up sleeping on the floor. Not what we were hoping for, the next couple of nights a four year old slept on it and although it lost some air it was ok. It has not been used since for an adult use so I'm hoping it was just a teething problem. fingers crossed.

At 1st glance product looked superior to previous air bed of same size & design ( but different manufacturer). My son & wife used it 2 nights over Xmas. 1st night it deflated about 25% after 2-3 hours. Reinflated twice more. 2nd night it deflated to about 50% after about 2 hrs . Needed regular reinflation thro the night. After all guests left i laid it out on spare bed & inflated it fully. With NO LOAD on the mattress it took about 4 hrs to deflate to a level at which anyone lying on it would have touched the floor. Must assume poor manufacture leaving a very small leak....probably in a seam. Very disappointing. My previous similar airbed (different manufacturer) lasted about 4 years -say 12-15 nights each year

Ordered a king and got a small double (or large single). Constantly feels like its about to burst, incredibly uncomfortable and I ended up on the sofa (redecorating and our bed got damaged so needed something for a few days). Deflated within 24 hours of its first inflation even though we kept reinflating it. Alright if you want one rough nights sleep, provided both you and your partner are very short, skinny, and lightweight. Prepare to wake up on the floor because itll deflate in the night.

Bought this bed before Christmas and it was used for a couple of nights by my son. He assured me it was very comfortable and he slept well on it. I haven't slept on it myself but I did try it out and was impressed with the level of comfort. I liked the fact that it wasn't squeaky and the flock surface prevented sweatiness. I found it easy to inflate and deflate and adjust the pressure to suit.I've been very impressed with this air bed. I had a lot of reservations before buying it but now know that my concerns were unfounded and I would recommend this product heartily.

Used this a few times over the Christmas period having extra guests in the house. Very pleased. Quick & easy to inflate and deflate. Just got to remember to 'top it up' with air just before use, as it says in the instructions because the material 'stretches' during the first few times of use. One guest hadn't even realised it was an air bed!!

Very comfortable- no roll together or bouncing when other person rolls over. Not a full five foot wide but it doesn't feel cramped like a standard double. Really easy to inflate. The raised pillow end prevents pillows sliding off. Deflates easily and goes back into the bag with no trouble. It does need a top up of air after a couple of days but that's easily done. One star deducted because of the valve sticking out at the end of the bed. It doesn't affect the comfort of the bed but several times it has scraped some legs on the way past. If you have space in the room then I suggest putting something against the plug end of the bed. Otherwise this is an extremely comfortable bed and well worth the price.
