King Size Comfort Plus Air Bed with Built-In Electric Pump – Green/White
I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. It has been over two weeks since I placed my order, and it has still not been delivered. Instead of solving the issue when I reported the missing item, customer service made me fill out unnecessary disclaimer forms. This is absolutely terrible customer service. I bought a product, didn't receive it, and now I'm forced to deal with their paperwork. A complete waste of time and a dreadful experience. 1 star is even too much.

Double Size Comfort Air Bed with Built-In Electric Pump – Green/White
Bought this online after the company were recommended to me, and the air bed was great at first! However after following all the instructions and less than two weeks of owning it, it now has a puncture on the top along one on the indents in the air bed. It no longer works, no repair kit was provided and I’ve been contacting the company every day since. They gave me some advice on deflating the mattress at first, but no resolution or timeframes. I’m left feeling very frustrated as we need to use it, but I’m waiting to be contacted. It’s been over a week now and we have guests coming.

It’s extremely difficult to write a review of a product that you haven’t even received. It states delivery in 2-3 working days. This was over two weeks ago. Repeated attempts to contact yourselves have been ignored. Will be happy to leave a review when I receive my purchase!
