We bought two of these beds for visiting family members staying for 3 weeks. They were extremely comfortable and just had to be topped up with air for a few seconds every 3 or 4 days. I would highly recommend this product.

I bought these scales to replace a set I have had for years. Within 2 weeks these scales no longer work. When I switch them on they register 9 stone of weight with nothing on them. When I stand on them the ERR message comes on, so they are completely unusable. I would have expected more than 2 weeks use out of them, considering in that time they have been used less than 10 times. In future I will go with a leading brand, which will have to be sooner rather than later.

This was bought when a friend came to stay. He's a big guy and the Active Era performed beautifully. He confirmed he had a great nights sleep and was very comfortable. Bit tricky getting it in back in its box for storage but an excellent product.

Used for a period of 6 weeks when we moved house. Very comfortable at first. However by 3 weeks a huge bubble appeared which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The instructions say not to over inflate but it isn't easy to know what level of inflation is required for weight. My husband is stone but within the limit stated in the manual. Also condensation gathered every night from warm bodies on the cool air. This resulted in mildew developing so we had to throw the bed out after 6 weeks. This design flaw ideally needs a solution. Anti mildew coating??
