Double Size Comfort Air Bed – Grey/Navy
I purchased the Double Size Comfort Air Bed in Grey/Navy from Active Era in October 2022, and I must say, the product has not only met but exceeded my expectations. What truly sets Active Era apart, however, is their outstanding after-sales service.
In October 2023, I encountered an issue with the air bed as it started to leak air. Concerned about the quality, I reached out to Active Era's customer service. To my delight, they responded promptly and guided me through a thorough examination of the air bed. Their customer service team demonstrated patience and professionalism throughout the process.
Recognizing the issue, they swiftly arranged for a replacement air bed to be delivered to me. The efficiency and effectiveness of their response left me thoroughly impressed. In an era where customer service can often be a hit or miss, Active Era stands out as a shining example of how it should be done.

Have not used yet but tried in house and seems ok I want for wildlife watching in a hide and it will do the job and shoild last if not abused. I weigh 14 stone/90kg and it felt sturdy.

Nice and soft cover. Slept very well on it while waiting for new bed delivery. Keeps air in very good had to top up only twice over a week use. Very happy with the purchase. Easy to set up and deflating quickly as well.

We had purchased 2 of these beds, one of which continually deflated. We raised the fault and was super impressed by the concern and service we received in rectifying the issue so quickly. We promptly received a replacement and the issue was solved. Thanks.

I went to Pakistan with my little boy, and I was worried about putting on bug repellent. I ended up putting one of these on his arm and another on his ankle. He didn’t get even 1 mosquito bite the entire trip!

Didn’t get bitten!
Explorer Mosquito Repellent Bands - 12 Pack - Multicolour
I’ve bought these a few times before. Might look a bit weird wearing them on my wrists and ankles but that’s completely worth it. I get badly bitten by mosquitoes- seem to be allergic and my whole arm/leg will swell when bitten and be incredibly painful and uncomfortable- you know what I’m talking about if you’re considering this. Recently went on holiday with 12 or so ladies to France. Wore these on the first evening meal outside and I was one of the few who didn’t get bitten. Also great for protecting children- I’m sure they’d love the funky colours.
