Contains everything a good first aid kit requires except a thermometer.I would definitely recommend this product to anybody, for the home, caravan, car etc.

Bought to use on holiday in September so not used yet but looks cosy.

Bought this to use in the Zambian bush. I needed a cheap but well made sleeping bag. Chose this mainly on price and that it looked reasonably well made.It was certainly well made and very lightweight, but I underestimated the coolness of the Zambian winter at night. At 5 degrees C this was the lowest extreme of the sleeping bag's insulating range. I was cold indeed! (Needed an extra blanket and thermal PJs to stay warm - but this wasn't the fault of the manufacturer). It proves that their temperature labelling is correct.That said, I discovered that I don't like "mummy" style bags: they are very restrictive and feel too tight, especially when you have extra layers on to keep warm. It could also have done with a zip puller on the inside of the bag as well as the outside. Maybe a hood would have been good too - my poor bald head got very cold!What I did like is the solid construction of the bag (good stitching and materials) and that it was very easy to roll up and put back into its bag. And the price was good too. Better than the usual "cheap" sleeping bags I have bought in the past.I'd go back to this company again - but would look for a conventional shaped sleeping bag as well as a better level of insulation if possible.

Just to let you know when I opened the kit I was impressed with the content , it has all the things needed for emergency , I wouldn't surely recommend it for any one looking for good Furst Aid kit

A nice, compact kit that is nonetheless well packed with all first aid essentials. Light enough however to be carried around on days out with the family.

Wow, this is a great first aid kit. I honestly hope I never get to use half the stuff this pack has got in it, but you'll be happy you've got it when you need it. Only added a couple of extras, like pain killers, nettle/sting treatment, and insect repellent. Nothing I would have expected to be there anyway. But the good thing is it does have the space to add even more to it, but sill being an amazingly compact bag. Highly recommended

The sleeping bag was used by my goddaughter on her Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award practice walk last Tuesday.It was very light to carry in the rucksack and loved the colour.She will be taking it to the V Festival in August.

Comfortable and very portable. Not a big hassle to put back in the bag. Was a bit warm in the summer months but did the job perfectly.

Working in an industry that uses first aid kits on a regular basis, I found this kit to contain all the essentials and would recommend this to anyone.

The sleeping bag arrived very quickly, was loaded into my motorhome ready for use the same evening and off I went on what turned out to be the hottest weekend of this year! I opened the very nice protective bag, pulled out the sleeping bag and this was my biggest mistake - read on....The actual bag is lovely, lightweight, soft material very nicely lined and invites you to climb in straight away!I unzipped it, being careful not to catch the zips in the edge of the lining, snuggled inside, put my pillow in the hood, zipped up and found it a bit too restrictive across my shoulders. The bag measures 21" across and I measure 18", so very little room to manoeuvre IF you want it zipped right to the top, however, it does wrap itself warmly around you, is almost 7ft long and I had the most comfortable night ever in my van.My mistake was not taking note of how it was packed into the protective bag. I have tried all ways to fit the mummy bag back inside and failed, so the sleeping bag is now stored in a "bin bag", which doesn't do it justice and is very disappointing.Could The Body Source please include instructions on how to do the above, which I am sure would be greatly appreciated by customers, especially those camping outdoors. Apart from that annoyance, as long as you are not a very broad and over 7ft tall I can thoroughly recommend the bag!

Perfect! Both in price and use. As a Nordic walking instructor everything has to go in my rucksack so weight is key. This is light and comfy enough as a head rest on the ground too.

Great value, I bought one for a trip to an unheated house off the west coast of Ireland in early spring, very warm, the carry bag is strong and you can just stuff it back in with no need to roll, I have since bought another one which recently survived a festival. Might even get another, seems my kids all want one.

Great value first aid kit, and good value for your money (as long as you don't order on next day delivery) which added on an extra £10 :-(It has a good variety of supplies. The only reason I didn't score it 5, was because It didn't come with plasters.....unless I'm blind?Although admittedly, I did just skim through it quickly. Don't let that put you off though. I still highly recommend this product, and would buy it again
